Coniferous Forest Habitat
Coniferous forest habitats are found throughout northern parts of the world. They are named after trees called conifers which grow cones like pine trees. Unlike temperate forest trees which have broad flat leaves; conifers have small needle shaped leaves which can handle very cold temperatures.
