Meet Jim Knox, host of Wild Zoofari

Let's meet Jim Knox, host of Wild Zoofari! 

Jim Knox is a Zoo Keeper and Zoo Educator with Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo. He has more than 15 years of experience in Zoos and out in the field.  His journeys take him all over the world, to explore, to study and to protect animals.  He lives in Connecticut with his wife, three children and PJ, the family bunny.  Jim likes fishing, swimming and playing basketball…but he doesn’t like shoveling snow off the driveway very much.

Whether tagging and studying endangered Leatherback Sea Turtles or assisting the zoo dentist on a root canal for a five hundred pound Siberian Tiger, there is no such thing as a typical day for Jim.
